This is a really important skill to me, utilizing different applications such as Asana, Trello, Notion to manage projects, collaborate on tasks and plan out upcoming work.

Something is always going to go wrong, it’s the nature of working with technology. My goal is to keep up with current issues and have plans of what to do in case that issue happens.

Media and video is an important tool, I’ve been able to work with a wide variety of types of equipment for all kinds of events. I’ve created story videos, live broadcasts, testimonials, and corporate event recordings, taking time to also look through graphics to make adjustments that fit the size and theme of events.

I’ve had the ability to work in a variety of roles in the AVL world, from managing AV systems and events for a mid-sized university, training and leading volunteers, supporting a variety of organizations and ministries, designing AV event plans, and setting up and striking events. 

I’ve been able to support staff, guests, and volunteers with standard technology issues. Work with production teams on setting up and creating networks for their gear. Running and installing low-voltage cables for network, AV, and security devices. Manage company-owned devices utilizing MDM software, act as the admin over data backups and system updates.
