Texas Tour Gear - Belton, Texas
AVL Technician & Engineer • 2024 – Present
Assist with daily operations, including creating event quotes, processing rentals, equipment maintenance, and system design and planning. Primary Video & Lighting Technician, working with venues, talent, and clients to create the look and style that they want for their event. I’ve created processes for inventory and event management, providing us the ability to avoid equipment conflicts. Working with a variety of freelance contractors to assist with lighting design, camera operators, and video switch operators.
Vista Community Church - Temple, Texas
Director of Facilities & Technology • 2022 – 2024
I oversaw facility usage and routine maintenance, assisting with event setups and maintenance tasks as required, and managing facility contracts with vendors. Oversaw a volunteer safety team, implemented safety policies, coordinated with local officers for security needs, and maintained security and CCTV systems. Managed all campus technology needs including hardware, software, networking, Office 365, Google Workspace, and web servers. Planned and implemented hardware upgrades, including network and video cable runs. Recorded and created weekly announcement videos and occasional promotional videos. Oversaw a volunteer team of photographers and assisting with taking photographs during Sunday services and special events. Coordinated with the Production Director to set up, monitor, and record live-streaming. Published messages after events on social platforms, website, and podcasts. Verified media content provided by third parties and ministries is ready and compatible with production equipment.
Associate Production Director • 2021 – 2022
I oversaw a team of 40 regular volunteers and assisted with scheduling for weekly and special events. On Sundays oversaw Broadcast operations, meeting spaces, and routinely checked in with Kids and Students production teams. Provided production and technical support for ministries during events during the week. Began creating a volunteer team of photographers to assist in taking photographs for special events. Provided maintenance and installed upgrades on audiovisual equipment across campus. Recorded and created weekly announcement videos as well as specialty videos for Kids and Student ministries. Prepared ProPresenter, ProVideoPlayer, and Arena presentations for weekly and special events.
Production & Media Intern • 2020 – 2021
Worked with the Production Director to manage broadcast services, assist in recording announcement and special promo videos. Prepared ProPresenter content for ministries. Acted as the interim Production Director from February 2021-July 2021 where I began creating weekly announcement videos, and training and recruiting production volunteers.

Provide on-site audiovisual support for evening and Sunday services. Primarily filled in as audio mixer, camera operator, and lighting programmer.

Digital Media Specialist • 2019 – 2020
Managed and updated content on the church website using WordPress CMS. Managed social media accounts and campaigns for the church and ministries across campus. Assisted in taking photos and videos of campus events for archival and online use.
First Baptist Church of Salado - Salado, Texas
Creative Assistant (Paid Internship) • 2017 – 2019
Created graphics for website, social media, and Sunday morning announcements. Organized and implemented a new website, while improving digital workflows. Implemented live streaming and improved Sunday morning experiences. Primary sound engineer for Sunday morning services and special events.

Media Services Manager • 2016 – 2019
Supervised a team of 8 people to run multiple medium to large audiovisual events across campus. Coordinated 2 weekly chapel services during the semester, coordinated with other departments to plan audiovisual needs for their events. Oversaw and scheduled staff and students workers for ~600 different events annually. Started video recording services for visual and performing arts events. Performed maintenance and updates on equipment. Assisted athletics with their AV needs and system help.

Received and sorted mail and packages for staff, departments, and students. Picked up and delivered mail to department offices daily. Provided customer service to staff and students at the walk-up counter to pick up packages or sell stamps and shipping of mail and packages through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Customer Service Rep • 2013 – 2016
Started back in the seafood department of another store, as one of the department leads. Assisted in ordering, maintaining product freshness, and assisting customers. Moved to the Entertainment department where I worked to implement an organization method for vendor stocked DVD’s, assisted customers in purchasing basic electronics and accessories, and provided cell phone purchases and upgrades for customers and partners.
Assistant Seafood Manager • 2013 – 2013
Completed an 8-week SORM (School of Retail Management) course and became an Assistant Seafood Manager at one of the busiest stores in the company. Worked with the Seafood Manager to schedule partners, order product, and maintain safe food-handling practices. Due to commute time and lack of other management openings, I took a step down to transfer back to a local store.
Customer Service Rep • 2006 – 2013
Began as a cashier and bagger before moving into General Merchandise where I worked on restocking shelves, building displays, and assisting customers with needs and questions. Worked in the in-store photo lab processing film and prints for regular and professional photographers. Transferred to Seafood and Produce after the photo lab was closed where I continued to restock items, maintain freshness of products, and assist customers in selecting seafood and produce products.

Vista Community Church
Host Team & Kids Host Team • 2025 - Present
Work with the Host Team to serve on parking, cafe, or welcome desk positions. On Kids Host Team, I serve at the check-in desk assisting parents and families with first time guests, check-in issues, and making sure the doors the kids wing remain locked during service.
Production Team • 2015 - 2019
I started off as a lighting volunteer and then moved up to CG, video, and then producer and video director roles. Throughout my time as a volunteer, I served during Sunday services, college services, and occasional special events.
University of Mary Hardin-Baylor
Beach Reach Mission Trip - 2017, 2018, 2019
I had the opportunity to serve on the yearly Beach Reach Mission Trip in South Padre Island during Spring Break. During this trip, we would drive vans around the island at night, giving people rides from place to place. There would also be rotations for serving pancakes at night and in the morning where we would eat and talk with people. During this trip, we would have conversations with mainly college students to talk about how Jesus has worked in our lives and present the Gospel story. At the end of the week, there would be a beachside worship and baptism for those who gave their life to Jesus during the week.
On these trips, I participated as a volunteer, leader, and trip organizer.
